If your warranty has run out, send the Xbox 360 console in, and it will be fixed within 1-3
days. It will then be shipped back to you as soon as it is fixed. You will receive a tracking
number. This is much cheaper and faster than sending it in to Microsoft. It will take 4-6
weeks to get it back from Microsoft.
Any type of console is accepted (Core, Premium, Elite, Special Edition, etc.)
Use the "Buy It Now" and complete the transaction through PayPal (we also accepted:
money order, cash and checks *checks must clear the bank first then time will start*). You
will then receive a email message with the address to ship your Xbox 360 to (please allow
up to 1 day to receive the message). You only need to ship the console (no
wires/controllers/hard drive).
Your Xbox 360 is GUARANTEED to be fixed of the Red Ring of Death. If it cannot be fixed,
you will receive a FULL refund as well as your Xbox 360 at no cost to you.
